A refund request can only be placed for online payments made through wittzy.in. For payments made directly to the seller, kindly reach out to the seller for a refund.
Any refund request must be made within 24 hours of product delivery; beyond this period, the refund will not be honored.
All refunds will be processed through the seller for clarification. Once the seller approves your refund request, it typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. If the amount is not credited after 7 working days, kindly contact your bank. All refund payments will be made to the original payment method only.
Common refund scenarios include non-delivery of the product or a damaged/incorrect product being sent.
